WALKING THERAPY

Walking Therapy, also known as Walk and Talk Therapy or Outdoor Therapy, is a new and personalised approach to psychotherapy that takes your counselling session beyond the walls of a traditional therapy room.

Imagine spending your 50-minute session in a setting where you feel completely at ease and relaxed, surrounded by nature or in a comfortable outdoor environment that resonates with you.

To start, our first session will take place online, allowing us to get to know each other and discuss your needs. From there, we will work together to arrange the walking sessions.

I am excited to embark on this unique therapeutic adventure with you, where the beauty of the outdoors and the healing power of therapy come together for your well-being.
